When we thought to start our complimentary Fitness Fridays for the Mississauga Community, we weren’t sure if the community would respond to a peer-motivated jogging class with a coach-led bodyweight workout in a supportive group fitness setting…But the community has and you too can join our community! Every Friday at 6:00 pm

Every Thursday at 7:00 am and 7:45 am (includes 2 sets of Hatha/Vinyasa flows)
