Where can you find a few hours a week to relax, while your kids run around, learning something new in an organised and socially engaging environment?! BINGO! At the 925 Kids & Teens Fitness Camp.

As parents ourselves, we know exactly how important structure is, how beneficial it is to allow them to complete tasks while giving them room to go wild but also asking them to focus and pay attention. We use fitness games and activities to achieve these goals and create an environment that is explorative, forgiving and sensory-driven so they can be allowed to just be…kids.

Kids Baseball, Yoga & Fitness Camp

Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 9:00-10:00 am

Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9:00 am, Coach Rocky and his coaching team takes your children through a highly active outdoor fitness program that teaches them the fundamentals of baseball, fitness and yoga! For 1 hour, they learn to throw, catch, hit, run, stretch, play, let loose and have fun! For all local parents in Mississauga with children between the ages of 3-9 years, contact us to check out a class today! At our Kids Baseball, Yoga & Fitness Camp, you get to see exactly how we accomplish this job and how your children can learn some of life’s basic virtues through baseball, exercises and yoga!
3-9 YRS

Kids/Teens Team Training

Monday - Thursday | 9:00-10:00 am | Team of up to 12 people

Every Monday to Thursday, book a team training session with up to 12 team members and get trained by Coach Rocky and the team on various highly active fitness exercises. Let loose and have some fun while staying healthy and fit. This session is great for kids or teens between the ages of 10-16 years.
